Wiston Associates is headed by Ayleen Wisudha. She has extensive experience in identifying and assessing critical obstacles which prevent people from performing effectively. She uses this knowledge to determine the most appropriate course of action. When required, she calls upon the support of her network of associates to address specific needs.

 

Ayleen trusts the importance of maintaining a link with academia to share workable practices. For that reason, she is committed to her role as a member of the core teaching team for the MSc programme in Business Psychology at the University of Westminster. She is also a Principal Consultant in the Business Psychology Centre at the  university and holds special responsibility for the professional development of students on the MSc  programme. 

She maintains her commitment to the project management community through her involvement in the Higher Education forum of the Association for Project Management (APM). She has chaired the Women in Project Management special group of the APM and continues to support their activities.  Ayleen regards facilitation as a key skill and keeps up to date  through her activities with the International Association of Facilitators and the UK Facilitators. She is a Licensed Practitioner and Faculty member of Insights®. 

Ayleen remains involved in community projects that serve to provide learning and sharing environments for parents. She believes that this helps them to effectively partner schools in supporting their children’s education and general welfare. She also works with young people in her local area, providing coaching opportunities to help support their personal development. She is a School Governor and  also Chair of a women's cricket club for which she works actively with the Middlesex Cricket Board to develop cricket for ladies and girls in her local area.
